The design of the charger is the same as the older style Apple chargers and a lot more sturdy than the current MacBook charger. It sits better in the mains socket than the original and charges perfectly.

Works very well as a replacement adapter for your mac book pro..This adapter fits mac book pros before 2013. If you have a newer mac book pro you will need a different adapter that has a different head..You could get this one but then you have to buy the adapter from apple to make it work with your newer computer..Either way this adapter is the real deal and powers and charges just like the original one.
